1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with kingph com, accessing the platform through the website or mobile app, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one account with kingph com. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your account access with any other person. kingph com is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

• You must notify kingph com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All account activity on kingph com is recorded and may be reviewed for security and compliance purposes.
• kingph com uses OTP-based verification and SSL encryption to protect account access and transactions.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits to a kingph com account are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include Philippine bank accounts, online and mobile banking (including InstaPay and PESONet), and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on kingph com.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kingph com does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment source that does not match the account holder's verified identity may be returned and the account may be reviewed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your kingph com account are processed in Philippine Peso to a verified Philippine bank account or local e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by providing a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a one-time requirement for standard accounts.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within hours; bank transfers follow standard interbank timelines.
• kingph com does not impose platform fees on standard withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
• kingph com reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where fraud or policy violations are suspected.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on kingph com are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirmation. kingph com is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

Odds and game outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant event or by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) in the case of slot games. All RNG-based games are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within each game.
